Is that your real name?
It's a question often asked of Joan Wilkening, owner of Mrs. Pinkadot. She actually came up with it while trying to think of a fun, eclectic, memorable identity. If it makes you smile and wonder "what is that?" then the name has been successful.
After relocating from California several years ago, Joan wanted to get back into the 'rusty relic' business and was excited to meet so many others with similar treasure hunting and selling ambitions.
Joan's specialties are vintage clothing, jewelry, painted furniture, and her very popular coastal section.
Joan also runs "Design Your Business" - a community and coaching group to help other creative entrepreneurs succeed!

Straight from our customers mouths...
This shop features a mix of unique vintage pieces, holiday decor, and pieces made to look vintage. There is enough room to shop around with out feeling like you are in the way of other customers. The staff was friendly. My purchases were wrapped up nicely in a colorful gift bag. Would make the perfect place to find a unique gift!
Such a cute shop and the owner Joan is very sweet!! Awesome unique pieces!
"Yesterday was my second visit to Mrs. Pinkadot. The staff and Joan are all very personable and helpful. Each little "shop" is set up so nice. I have done at least three trips thru the shop so I don't miss too much. Excited for my next visit.”

“Mrs. Pinkadot is such a fun place to shop. Old, new, used, restyled, any and every way I like to find and buy things. More than fair pricing and lots of sales throughout the year. Seasonal finds motivate for those holidays all year round.”
